【商品について】

が含まれています。複数回ご利用になる方はプレップキット(単品購入不可)をご購入ください。


・ネイルチップは一つ一つ丁寧に心を込めて制作に取り掛かっておりますが、
手作りのため、色むら、ラメ飛び、気泡やほこりなど、入る可能性がございます。
また、画像とは少し違ったニュアンスになる場合がございます。
完璧な商品をお求めの方、お気に召す方はご遠慮ください。

・使っているポリッシュは全てプロ仕様です。


・ネイルチップは清潔に保管し、丁寧に取り扱っていただければ数回ご利用になれますが、経年劣化いたしますのでご注意ください。


・ネイルチップは強い衝撃などを加えると破損しますので、ご理解の上でのご利用をお願い致します。


・お取り扱いに関しましてのトラブルは対応致しかねますのでご了承ください。


・ご購入後のお客様のご都合、イメージ違いやサイズ違い、による返品・交換・キャンセルは致しかねますのでご了承ください。


【発送について】
・現在活動拠点がアメリカとなっておりますので、商品はアメリカから発送いたします。


・ご注文〜商品到着まで約1ヶ月ほどを目安にして頂きますようお願いいたします。


・ご注文を承った後、１週間を目安に商品作成し、出来上がり次第順次発送いたいます。早めの作成をご希望の方は、商品欄の”お急ぎ仕上げ”をご利用くださいませ。


・発送もとはUnited State Postal Service (USPS)というアメリカの郵便局を利用し、ファーストクラスメール便という方法で商品をお送りいたします。こちらの方法は、10日〜21日ほどで日本に到着いたしますが、追跡番号はついておりません。追跡番号をご利用の方は、商品欄から ”【追跡番号付き発送】プライオリティーメール便” を選択の上ご利用ください。


・配送の目安は約10〜21日ではございますが、日本の運送会社とは違い、アメリカでは表記通りお届けできなかったり、１ヶ月以上かかる場合もございます。日本に荷物が届かなかったということはほとんどございませんが、ごく稀に紛失する場合もございます。
ご理解の上、ご購入をお願い致します。


・現在、コロナウイルスの影響でお届けに１ヶ月～２ヶ月ほど要する場合がございます。ご理解の程をよろしくお願いいたします。

【About Our Product】
・ For each set of press-on nails include the prep kit below.

- Adhesive tabs x 1 sheet (12 pieces) or KDS nail glue x 1 (+80 yen)
If you want to use press-ons more than once, please order the prep kit.

・ We are working on the production of press-ons one by one with all love. Since it is handmade, there is a possibility of color unevenness, glitter flying, bubbles, and dust, etc. Also, the nuance may be slightly different from the image. Please refrain from those who are looking for the perfect product and those who are sensitive. Thank you for your understanding.

- All the polishes used are professional specifications and made in Japan.

- If you store and handle the press-ons carefully and cleanly, you can use them several times, but please note that they will deteriorate over time.

- Please understand that the press-ons will be damaged if it is subjected to a strong impact.

- Please note that we cannot handle any troubles related to handling.

【Returns, exchanges, and cancellations】
- Please note that we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer's convenience, image difference, or size difference after purchase unless your item was broken or damaged during TRANSIT. If that happened, you must email or dm us on Instagram within 24 hours of delivery with pictures to review your request.


【Shipping Policy】
- Free delivery in the United States.
- 4-7 shipping days (exclude weekend and holidays)
- After placing your order, we will create the product within one week and ship it as soon as it is completed. If you would like to get press-ons as soon as possible, please use "Express finish" in the product column.
- Currently, it may take extra days for delivery due to the pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.
